[BUGS & PROBLEMS] October 2016 Update

After adding 3 spells one by one, it is starting to brew and
after sometime if we shift their positions, the BREWING TIME is getting reset and it again starting from 6 min countdown.

It should start from that time where it was stopped when shifted position.
This is happening in training TROOPS also.

Please consider this as soon as possible.

I cannot open the game from last night. It says,"unfortunately, clash of clans has stopped working." I sent an email, reported it, uninstalled and reinstalled. Forced stopped the app, rebooted my phone and still it says the same thing. It starts loading and then just stops.

Additionally, it's brewing up armies for me which are NOT in my queue! Why is it giving me 20 bombers when they were all cancelled? ♥♥♥♥ POOR UPDATE!!!!!!!

After iOS 10, theres a problem with CoC.
The laggy swipe bug with fingers. I have tried it with iOS 10.0, 10.0.1, 10.0.2, both lags when I swipe it with my fingers. As soon as I release my fingers, lag gone. It is not hard lag, it is just not as butter smooth as it used to be with iOS 9.3.5. Sometimes lag go away but 99% of time it is here. I tried it on my iPad Air 2 and iPhone 6s plus, both are having these bugs. Also tried iTunes restore and factory reset, still happening. After I restored iOS 9.3.5 to my iPad, it stopped lagging. When it doesnt lag, I just click on defense history then close it, and then it will start the swipe-lag.

Don't tell me its only my device - tried on 2 and both have this, but iOS 9.3.5 so smooth. It's like you have 60 FPS when its smooth, and 30 when its not really smooth (when you swipe.) Classmate is also experiencing it with iPhone 7+
Other apps like Messenger, Subway Surf, Asphalt 8 (much bigger game!!!) are just as smooth as they used to be.

There are still problems appearing regarding the value packs. Just bought the TH11 value pack for 19.99 and got only 2500 gems, no ressources. The value pack re-appeared on the shop as available ... :facepalm:

I'm a newer TH10 with a level 4 spell factory and level 4 dark spell factory. When I queued my spells, it stopped at 20/18 instead of 18/18.

i use to be able to train 2 minions at a time now i can only train 1 at a time. doubling my training time now.
same with barb archers etc... 4 times slower now only bigger troops i see a slight reduction please help

There is a bug on Barrack Boosting System. I have 4 barracks. But single troop is getting ready at a time. And for 30 gems, I'm getting only 1 hour of boost. If you take 30 gems and only one troop trains at a time, shouldn't I be getting six hours of boost?

i cant play the game, it keeps kicking me out of the loading screen. can you please fix the problem.,it was working fine before the new update came out. its not working on any of my tablets.

Do all special offers have a timer? Currently, as seen below, I have no timer. Others say that the timer should scroll every 4-5 seconds, but I have watched this until I was disconnected due to inactivity.
