Looking for a NEW HOOD! I am on 41, Min 2700points for 9 tasks!

Why Am I here?
Been playing hayday for over 9 months in same NH I got kicked out as others were not able to do tasks and when i brought up about the same i got kicked. No regrets so plz dont feel sorry for me haha

Anyway, I do 300+ points for 9 tasks. (2700+ points guarantee) but then when i am at work i cant do derby and i will opt out by informing the NH in advance.

Why u should recruit me?
1. I have found loopholes with production tasks that they can be queued up and can be finished within seconds after they pop up. Eg: Chilli pop corn, Pumpkin/carrot pies etc.
2. Same goes with town visitors.
3. selling ores after mining tasks for barn space? I never did that. I Make bars on demand.
4. I communicate about my next tasks to my farmers so that i can prepare for next task and save time.
5. Love Town tasks, production, harvesting, feeding, mining of course Help tasks as well
6. Last but not least, by now you know i am NOT_SO_BAD at chatting and i ask what i need(Sometimes ridiculous) and give what i have, after all its a game isn't it?

These are my farm details:
Level 41.
Barn/Silo: 400/400
Expansions: Primary secondary farm fully expanded and Town fully expanded.
[As i dont need land tools anymore, u can find them in my shop and its urs.]
Town reputation 8

I prefer Champions League NH where everyone does all the 9 tasks.

We are a medium sized neighborhood of international players looking to bring on board 2-3 more active players who are level 40 and up and are English speaking.

Participation in the derby is optional. However, we ask that players opt out if not participating, or feel they will not complete all the tasks.
Our goal for the derby is to do our best collectively, remain in the Champions League, and with a little luck, get a top 3 finish.

Hi, We are still looking for serious derby players. We have won a lot of gold trophies so far in the Champion League. We do tasks 315 and up and we do 10 tasks which means the extra task for 10 diamonds is required. We are usually chatty and always helpful. Hello there Neighbor! We are currently 26 strong players from all over the world and are in Champions league. We are looking to add a few more commited daily players to our neighborhood, Derby play is strongly encouraged and supported but you can just opt out if you cant participate that week, we do understand people have lives outside of HayDay. We are always willing to help out filling truck and boat orders, most of us are fully expanded so we always share our expansion materials and we love helping each other learn and grow.
