Level 73 and 82 looking for new neighborhood. We like to help each other out and do the derby. We aren't super hardcore. We do all the tasks but don't do the extra task or only 320 tasks. We are looking for an active derby NH but not hardcore/strict.

Hello there Neighbor! We are currently 26 strong neighbors from all over the world, we are in Champions league. We are looking to add a few more commited daily players to our neighborhood, Derby play is strongly encouraged and supported but you can just opt out if you cant participate that week, we do understand people have lives outside of HayDay. We are always willing to help out filling truck and boat orders, most of us are fully expanded so we always share our expansion materials and we love helping each other learn and grow. Hi! We are a medium sized international neighborhood looking to bring on board 2-3 more active players who are level 40 and up and are English speaking.
Derby participation is not required. However, as a courtesy to those of us who still enjoy the challenge of competition, we ask that you opt out if you choose to not participate, or believe that you may not complete all your tasks.
We are a Champions League team, and although we aren't obsessed about chasing gold trophies anymore, our goal for the derby is to do our best, and to ensure we remain in the CL. This means that if you choose to opt in for the derby, you must complete all tasks of 300 points or more.
For those playing the derby, we don't set early completion deadlines, nor we demand that players spend diamonds to purchase extra tasks. These decisions are up to each individual player. My only expectations are that everyone puts forward their best effort (no slackers), be considerate of your fellow teammates, and please communicate with one another about derby related issues.
As long as everyone follows these, there should be enough tasks for everyone, plenty of time to complete them, and lots of help to go around for those time comsuming tasks.
Other than that, our general rules are few and very simple: Be friendly, help your hoodies when you can, and most importantly, be respectful and polite. That's all.
We want to bring on board active level 40 and up players who are English speaking.

We are in Champion League!!!. Very helpful, social (chatty) and fun players. Derby Rules are simple Play do all task or Opt out (Optional extra task/diamond not required your choice). All hoodies are made elder to trash task.
We do task above 300 the first day so everyone gets started with a task. We then switch to above 310 to put point on the board.

we have a derby team and we have members that don't derby, so we are easy going. If you opt in we ask for 9 tasks over 300, that's it. We are international so usually someone on. They gracious farmers are a friendly, happy,helpful hood with 28 of us from Usa,Uk,Sweden,India,Pakistan and Vietnam. Froms levels are from 39 - 136, towns 6 -42.
We are not a trading hood we just help each other out when ever we can.
We have a few guidelines so everyone knows what's what,they are
Be polite and respest each other.
Help out when every you can but please don't compromise your own game in doing so.
Derby is done with 270pts and above. No extra task is expected its your choice.
Opting out of the derby is fine with us. We all have real lives that can get busy or have hoildays too 😊
We are English speaking and like you chat some so we can get to know you but you don't need to be as chatty as me, haha.
