Hi. This idea has been suggested many times and has been rejected for inclusion into the game. At the top of this forum are sticky threads that players are asked to read before posting ideas to keep from needing to post the same answers to the same questions over and over. Please give them a read. Players value their privacy in Clash of Clans and there would be a lot of upset players if they were suddenly stripped of their privacy. If you want to know who's online, just ask in clan chat. If players want to respond, they can, and if they don't, they won't.
