Id like to see a market place that can be built and upgraded. Each level could have one more merchant and able to send like 50k gold or elixer or maybe 5k dark elixer for each merchant. To be used only among clan members. What a great way to help growth of smaller players. What you all think?

Possibly, but it sounds like resource sharing, which SC seems to not be in favor of for CoC.
I have never seen anyone ever suggest a market with merchants. And i dont believe this is sharing, its giving to strengthen your clan. To help growth i believe.
You're sending merchants in exchange for gold or elixir...sounds like resource sharing to me.
The market place is a good idea but according to me a market place should be a place where all Chief's could have a get-together and trade troops or spells with another and make friends....
Really, its just simply sending my merchants with my loot to another clan member and dropping it off and marching back home. Not trading merchants for loot, they are distributers
