Change the global 'reporting' system!

I have been banned from global 3 days on the run now, for lots of stupid, and unneeded reasons.
1. A kid asked me to join, I replied with 'No sorry, I'm already in a clan.' This resulted in him getting all his little global friends to report me which resulted in a 24h ban.
2. Someone threw an insult at me, I should of ignored it, but replied with 'Excuse me, how old are you, do your parents know you use that language?' That again resulted in all the kids swearing, I left that global before I did something I regretted, then come back on a few hours later to ANOTHER ban.
3. I was having a friendly chat with a friend, when someone interrupted and kept spamming. I said please be quiet or I'll take action and mute you. He threw a load of censored words at me so I muted him. Then I see another kid in the same clan pop up and do the same. Then, someone wanted a clan, joined them and turned on me too, resulting in yet another ban.

I suppose I'll have to stop going on global. But,

SC could do something, for example review all the reports before banning someone. Make the person submitting a report say exactly what the other person has done.

The problem with supercell reviewing each report there will be MANY reports at once and it would just be to much money to spend for supercell......im just hoping for just a mute button

You do know there is already a mute button?

So many globals, So many bans, So little people.

Nobody wants their job to be on global and to monitor bans and such. That's extremely boring.

Any growing companys in reality review all their reports.

I requested this myself but realized how hard it would be for supercell to review everything. so...

Make Supercell review what the person said when he has been reported seven times.

On the third one I think you shouldn't tell that kid that you're going to mute him, if he annoyed you, just mute him right away.
For the first and second one... I have no comment, some people use report in the wrong way.

Why did you tell this guy you would mute him if he wouldn't stop? I don't want to say it's your fault, but that was just stupid.

Ryan i was saying just a mute button no report button.

If I had a nickel for a thread with this topic. I hope Supercell removes the report button. We have mute now.

They really should remove the report button. I've been trying to recruit members for my clan, and I joined a global, Someone said hi, I said hello. And I'm muted for 24h!...

i know how you feel. i was banned on global because this guy said that if they report me they can join him. and tehy did. it was so stupid

I never go on global, I just stay on clan chat...but damn, kids should lay off the c0c4!n.

I think the reporting should go off, there is a mute button....
