I think you should replace 'that' in the title with 'troop donation'. It's vague.

A pop up notification saying cc is full would be really helpful, since I had to open and close lot of times once I placed a request for troops during war time. I am in a clan where players from different times zones, it's always getting troops is bit a time taking😣
