October 2016 Balancing & Update News

I honestly don't see any bad things in the update. Of course the proof will be in the pudding when it drops.

A bit bummed they are taking some HP from my Bowlers though but hey if that's the only small down side I think I'm really gonna like the update.

And with the new levels on troops I think I'll hang around TH10 longer and work on my Heroes, Walls & Lab. Was going to head to 11 when Queen hit 40 but think I'll stay until the BK is at least 35 and maybe even 40 himself with the extra lab stuff I can be working on.

Very unlikely to go live on Friday. They generally release the update with workdays following to work out bugs. Would make no sense to release on a day followed by 2 days off

Or the higher bases will get more XP, and lower bases will have the XP reduced... Possible.

I am very excited as well. The Pekka/Dragon/Wizard buffs are pretty awesome(as far as I can tell this early on).

These are all troops I have enjoyed but like many I have stopped using 2/3 of them since there were better options.

In addition, the changes that are being made with wars are always exciting. Looking forward to seeing what all this will do to the war scene.

So for me it is a win so far.

Calm! it is too early.

IMO this update so far is a nerf towards attacks. They buffed defense without really buffing offense. Sure they added new troops levels, but they gave them to troops that are useless and will remain useless. Clone spell still not worth it at 4 housing spots. They gave th11s more walls, and tons of towers buffs and gave diddly squat to counter it.

25 more walls? Unless they add time to the battle and give heroes additional levels, or add more army housing, nobody will be getting 3 stars anymore. In reality every troop should have gotten a buff to counter this... not just a few worthless ones.

Hopefully they announce real buffs to attacks in the coming days, otherwise we will really be grateful for that war loot given for failed attacks.
