I really hope and think they will add more xp to wars. It takes too long to progress through the levels.. and it is HARD recruiting for a new clan!!
I really wonder sometimes how i have had some strong members in my clan from day 1!! I wouldnt join a clan lower than level 5 unless it was full of members with high level troops, because that is the main reason clan level 5 is so saught after.. the troop level increase.
I think it should be taken literally. Targets not bases.

What are you going to use to attack at th11 now? Is it going to be a full on max miner fest?
My money is on they do something crazy to buff air and then we will not have any more ground attacks and everything is going to move to air.
I just hope they buff it enough so there are some 3* options in MM. I want to start working on my defense again.
All I'm saying is, you asked for proof of defensive wins, he provided them, and you then chose the weakest army and said, "well, you're just lucky he had weak offense" while ignoring the other 2 defensive wins that had max or near max offenses. 2 of the 3 defensive wins that he posted didn't meet the criticism you gave to the other attack.

I think the island bases will get even nastier with 26 extra walls. That means more defenses on the outer wall enclosed, making funneling set up that much harder.
If SC is looking to nerf miners (and I'm sure they are) rather than an underground bomb consider this:
1. make miners move faster while underground. this reduces the heal time of heal spells while they are underground and essentially unhittable. Leave their attack speed the same, just speed up the dig speed.
and/or
2. mortars do double damage to miners while underground
I know I rarely agree with you mate, but my Spidey senses are tingling and feel you may be at least partially right here. Everyone has maxed or gemmed their ground units these past months and now SC will prob shift the attack meta forcing everyone to max (or gem) their air units... The 25 walls helps.
My thing is mass miners and so far they seem untouched. The new defence dps is brutal, but I can work with. Still have a feeling air will be made feasable again.
