Is this something like the XP you get for destroying THs? We get 2xp in normal mm, calculated in our level, for destroying a TH2 (just the TH), linearly scaled up to 11 for destroying a TH11.
Also, basing Clan XP rewards on defender strength will better reward Clans that participate in high-level Clan Wars!
