Sc yet didn't confirmed the update date if see history of update they follow after sneak peek. You will see update in few days before live stream or after.

No, there won't be any refunds of resourcess spent. There never are when costs are reducd - which has happened before when levels have been moved to lower THs.

No, there never is at this stage. There is always a possibility of delays, even Supercell are never cartain until less than 48 hours before it drops. And proposed/expected dates are never published as that leads to too much disappointment if not met.

I haven't seen this bit in action, but I am quite sure you will not get loot for a zero percent attack. I expect the loot to be proportional to the damage done.

And also, no clan with any real interest in war would allow this anyhow.

The inent here is to stop people feeling they are being punished for having to do clear up attacks. Seems reasonable to me. Why should my TH10 get less for clearing a base than my TH9 did for only getting 1-2 stars on it?

Not 100% sure but there was a rumour(yes I know what rumours cause) that sometime after the last sneak peek(which could be tomorrow 7-10-16)
So if the last sneak peek is tomorrow, the update will definitely be after that(But not before).

So me personally, I have cancelled all non priority appointments for the rest of
October(and cancelled ALL appointments the week before Halloween 31-10-16)

Really very sad when they are releasing update I heard from other source it is expected on Oct 11 that to it is normal update not big one for these junk update they took 3 months😂
