Supercell should put some importance on air strategy .
That can be done by increasing the DPS / speed / HP of dragon .
For balloon , they can increase speed / HP .
That should help a lot to bring back air strategies at least for th9,10 .

Dragons and balloons need a buff.I agree with you
I dont really care about dragons but a little speed buff on ballons would help
