30 diamonds reward for the last personal goal of boat event

It's absurd. Just when you think SC is getting a clue on how to motivate players and reward them -- at least once in a blue moon -- they change the standard 10 boats to 22. Way to go, SC! Heaven forbid they do something positive for the players that support their game.

I don't see the logic in using diamonds to call in boats for this event. Wouldn't you be using far more than 30 diamonds to do 22 boats?! I didn't log in until there were 3 days and whatever hours left, have done 7 without speeding up boats and can't see I will be doing anymore. I do find it rather silly to use diamonds to finish this event but good luck to those who are willing.

I also do boats consistently and average 3 or 4 a day but would have to spend 💎💎. To do 22 in that time. The event started at 9pm here on Friday and I did not start until the following morning. I have done 8 boats but will not be doing 22 as I will be away this week anyway.

Dear SC

Please read this and take into consideration it is said by a fan of the game. PLEASE stop taking away from the game, you keep doing things to remove the fun element and make it a chore, I like challenging tasks BUT if it is done in such a way to cause frustration then you remove my fun, WHY OH WHY will I spend money on game that is NO LONGER fun??

Why do you keep doing this?

I liked the idea added to this boat event but you effectively took away something from your customer again.
Why not leave the fifth threshold as is and then for the extra FUN add a 6th one with the diamond offer?

Why not making it slightly more attainable yet not easy by making the goal 20 boats, that is double the usual fifth goal !0 boats?
Instead you put in this ridiculous element just to get players to meet the global goal, knowing full well that the majority of players will only realise with shock and horror the final goal is unattainable (as most of them actually have lives) only once they have passed the fourth threshold.

How do you think these players feel?
Delighted? Thankful? Up for a ridiculous challenge? or do you think they may feel slightly cheated? defeated? Negative?

Please stop taking the fun element out of the challenges, this used to be my favourite event. I ALWAYS did the 10 boats not worrying if the global goal was met or not, obviously hoping it would be but now I think wow do SC think I have NOTHING better to do than play day in and day out?

I want to RELAX and have FUN, NOT WORK.

AND to those that say 'well you don't have to do the event' YES I know that, I would however like to play my game as usual without some greedy element taking away from me.

I won't spend money on something that takes away from my enjoyment and boy does it seem to be a goal with this game. Just another element of the game I feel left out of.

again one of those tricks hayday do, they are just greedy and want us to buy diamonds, like last time some decoration they changed from coins to diamonds, or new decoration only when you buy diamonds like the balloons and stuff, and many other tricks they did i can't remember directly...

they think we are stupid, although some fall for those kind of stricks i think.

but ok, they did a big effort with the last update with the 23 new producst we can make, but still...
those stricks are not motivating the players.

All I know is such a Diamond reward will make getting the global goal much easier; we will make this one easily. [Unless SuperCell push targets up in light of this event]

I saw your post. I think you are wrong.

60 seconds in a minute
60 minutes in an hour
24 hours in a day
4 days in the event
345,600 seconds to do 11,000,000 boats means we (globally) need to fill 32 boats per second. That's why it looks like the counter doesn't slow down or speed up. It just keeps a steady pace as boats get filled.

Currently, about 50 hours (180,000 seconds) into the event and 9,4000,000 boats filled. Average about 52/sec. Well ahead of the pace :)

maybe i'm wrong or maybe not, my thought is that it is calculated by hayday team, same with truck events.
like last time we needed 340.000.000 and when it was finished we had 339.096.658, so by a tiny bit, you won't tell me of the million players playing the event we couldn't reach that, or it must be pure coincidence.
it's not the first time we get that close.
