Supercell: please acknowledge. Villages cant be loaded/visited/attacked

There are a spate of new posts about villages not loading, and forums helpfully suggest the normal solutions re wifi, ports, reloading the game etc.

But the problem is not at our end, it is with supercell. The village I posted about (see post Missing Village) will not load. But it also cannot be visited by any clan member - if they try, they hang up and have to exit the game. It cannot be attacked: no trophies lost or gained in 24 hours (I can see it on "My clan" but cannot view profile or visit the base). It has not been attacked in war, although opposite number has had a war army trained for 14 hours.

This appears to be fairly widespread, people reporting the same issue that they cannot be visited by clan members.

Supercell have only sent the normal advice re troubleshooting at the user's end, which shows they are not even reading or understanding the problem. If it was a problem with my device or connection, other people in the game would be able to see my base!!

ps please stop responding that we have to contact you through the game. If the game won't load, that is not a sensible request!

On one of my accounts, I have exactly the same problems as you describe.

One of my 2 accounts have the same problem.. hope SC resolves this the soonest.😕😕😕

I just tried to visit Yoda. I can confirm the reported issue by Chilli59. As soon as I click visit or view profile for "Yoda", I get the buffering symbol and will not load the players base. The game becomes unresponsive (unable to exit etc) and the only thing I can do is hard reset my device. Player's Clan (Ill post it because you posted your clan tag in another thread): Black Fire (#29LLY8PV). This is ONLY happening on Yoda.

I've brought this to the attention of the Moderators for forwarding to the development team. I hope there's a fix soon enough.

I have the same problem , stuck in the loading screen.. tried everything even reseting my iphone, but same problem persist.. mailed to sepurcell from my gmail account and also from another coc account. But no response

This is so annoying. I've to do attack in war and I'm not able to open my account.

Wow this sucks, but glad it's not just me. Only one of my accounts is doing this exact same thing. Nobody in clan can view it also.

i can't switch to an account I that normal? I thought i lost it contacted supercell to restore it guess No as i can still visit myself i don't know i connect google play sign in but still disconnected

My clan is seeing this issue trying to load an enemy's war base. We're unable to scout in war (base lists zero war loot) or go to player's profile/village outside war. Player: slipknot Clan:ARCADIA clan tag: #9VURGQPG

There is a server issue. Check any of the million threads talking about it (see Coc Twitter).

It say my th7 used other programs while I was playing but I never use any of that stuff it banned me for no reason can you help coc need to get back to my clan war

I am new here i already switch my account using older version of google play games version 3.5.17 some of android phone are not easy to un install the said application but im so lucky
1. Uninstall google play games
2.clash of clans app clear data and cache
3.download the mentioned version above and install
4.open the app connect the gmail skip then go to coc app
5. Open coc app then connect to gmail that you want. Booom
Dont auto update the play store
