Accepting all TH levels as long as you are an active player. Donations are always helpful but not a requirement. I know we have jobs and school! We don't war on weekends because generally half of us are too sauced at the bars. We're mostly college aged but we've got some younger siblings and parents in with us so don't let age discourage you. Literally all I ask is to use both attacks in wars strategically. Other than that enjoy donations and clash on.
