I was told drop lighning spells to take out such n such. When i drop my lightning spells, currently lvl 4, some damage does occur but nothing is "taken out" pls help forum am i doing something wrong?

Well that depend, in order to "take out" building , you have to know how much damage the latghning spell does, and how strong the building you want to destroy.
Its best to take out Wizard Towers, Mortars, and Air Defenses. Mortars and Wizard Towers are a bit easier and take less spells to use to destroy them.
Your not doing anything wrong, usually 2 lightning spells can take out a mortar or air defense...
Eventually you should use lightning spells to steal DE thats usually harder to steal. Hope that helps!

At higher Th lvls, you can't as much loot from lower ppl, so they try to revenge you, they won't want to becuz they won't be getting anything back.
Also, revenger ppl wit a lot of DE so they can't mass dragon pekka attack you. I do this, it worked fairly well.
