Read your clan mails, don't hop between clans and help your fellow clashers whenever you can
Donate the right troops, not, for instance, giants in war cc - perma ban from war unless done accidentally
Opt in - out of the war depending on if you have time or not - I will only give an inactive player 2 chances to attack in wars and if he/she fails he/she cannot join till he is showing promising activity
Attacking too low will result in a ban for the next 2 wars - you will be left out
There are other rules as well but as long as you behave and listen to the leader and other members you should be good to go - oh and remember to read the clan mail!!

Hi, I am the leader of a clan named Outlaws -#GYGC9Y8L- At the moment level 2, but after this war and the war after that we will be level 3 (missing 159 CXP). Our war stats are 8-6-0, which after minor improvements and extra knowledge added by another clan leader, has won us 4 wars in the past 9 days. What we have here, is a big crew of non-actives and actives of whom 8 at least fights in every war (including me and my other two accounts). We also have 2 hybrid bases and we fight with no xbows, which means we are only going to be facing opponents with level 1 xbows or no xbows at all. This is because me, the leader cannot cover for that extra member who is likely to be a hopper/leave during the war or TH-snipe when he is supposed to get stars for our clan. All that has happened in the past and that's why we take no new members in war, if they have xbows. Of course if we happen to find more than 1 member with xbows we can bend that rule, requiring that both of the new members have at least level 2 xbows, decent bases and professional grip on attacking. We usually attempt to get full 30 stars as soon as possible from the starting of the war but fortunately most of our members have jobs or school and the war is set to favor European people so me and some of the other members attempt to get 60-80% of the stars within the first 2 hours. We also try our best to make you a 3 star attacker, if you're ready to learn from us. We don't mock if someone fails so a failure is acceptable as long as you follow the rules and war plan.
