Without looking, first 2 would be axes and saws. Number 3 varies. I don't keep many ingredients in my barn so #3 would never be sugars, milk, eggs or other such items. More than likely would be barn or silo items, whichever one I'm currently working on.

My top item has been axes for a long time. I can't bring myself to sell them often. Next is popcorn. I love it and can't stop making it but obviously use it a lot too. Third is planks, my farm gets too many of them and I have to sell them all the time. Pretty normal top three at the moment.
