The Facebook friend function should be replaced with a new friend system where you register people's in game account tag.
Why you ask? Because Facebook is dead. The majority of people use instagram Twitter and google plus.
Oops forgot pinterest. Because there are so many social media sites the best thing to do is implement this idea.
Also add the ability to friendly challenge friends even if they are not online at the same time
I wouldn't exactly call Facebook dead. There are still plenty of people on it and it's still pretty easy to setup an account. But, I agree that there should be an in-game friending function. With Apple phasing out Game Center, it needs to happen more than ever.
I just don't want to use Facebook at all be i had my fb account taken over by some "woman" in Florida. From what i hear fb has alot of problems like thatQuote:

Security settings problem, it depends on the user and manufacturer. But from millions of users are not all been in trouble with security, means that the security of the manufacturer is tolerable, it remains part of the user, has a maximum in maintaining the security of the account?
Facebook is not obsolete. A majority of people I know have Facebook and they don't use other means of social media.
G+ is way better than Facebook people just need to get used to the way things are organizedQuote:
