Your walls are way to bad for a lvl 9 TH.
Upgrade your walls , AD , and WT
Start with walls to at least crystal. Then, upgrade splash(mortar and wizard towers). After, do xbows. Then do air defenses.
Get upgrading those walls!
Here are yor priorities in my opion.
1. Splash defense - try to get ur mortars to at least level 6 cause they can on shot all archers, then focus on ur wizard towers
2. Xbows- these are a crucial weapon, that is oexclusivly town hall nine weapon so be sure to upgrade thos
3. Air defenses, make sure these are up cause they are essential to defending against dragons these days day
4. Other defenses, I like to do teslas First cause of pekkas, But it is ur chocice
while upgrading these weapons I'd go for ur at least all level 6 walls, and try to get the junction to level 7.
Upgrade everything. Don't enter TH10 too soon.
Don't save spots with builder huts like your doing, put something else there more important than a builder hut. If you do that so you remember have list of things you're saving spots for.
Also, get going on your walls and mortars and wizard towers. Do Walls FIRST.

My what-the-hell moments when I saw your base:
• Builders inside walls?
• Gold walls? Th9? Seriously?
• Everything defensive is very low level, especially Air Defenses. (You're probably a gemmer)
• Top of your base is exposed and you'll get easily owned that way.
