Render : Wizard and an ice wizard max
Text : Divyam the great
Any other information : Eagle Artillery and Archer tower max in the background. Include wizard tower max if you could.

I will also be doing custom avatars request in the same way, please allow for the size of the avatar as too many renders or too much text would not look any good

Hey Jeff, could you make me an avatar?

Pretty much all your choice (I'm certain you'll do better then I could). The only requirements is that the background's black, the letters NW are the...centre, I guess, of the avi and the letters are red.

Sorry for the lack of info (are anything really) with this. But I'm terrible at this type of thing and (like I said before) I'm certain you'll make something great.
