Hey Jeff i Have a Problem when i upload it the vBulletin message pops up and shows "the remote file is too large"

its size is 100.6 kb but the supported size is 100.00 kb so please jeff reduce its size

Just save it to paint or similar programme and then resave from that programme that will reduce the size I can't do it now I'm away from computer
