Looking to create a new clan!!!want to merge if possible

Hi guys. I am thinking of creating a new clan. I would like to have members to start and if the interest is high enough i can create the clan tomorrow. I want a clan that can become one of the best and i know the effort and time its going to take. I am willing to put in time and effort if you are willing to do the same...
