Fire Trap
The fire trap is unlocked at town hall 8. It has an exponential damage rate at the rate of 1.5x**2+(lvl1:14, lvl 2:19, lvl 3:23) to unlimited troops standing on the trap. With a maximum of 300 dps(lvl 1), 400 dps(lvl 2), 500dps(lvl 3) In this formula, x=seconds the troop is standing on it. The dps resets when all troops stop standing on it. The trap takes a 1x1 area and it's range is similar to the spring traps. It takes 0.4 seconds of being stood on to activate. This trap affects only land troops. At th8, 2 are unlocked. At town hall 9, one more is unlocked. At town hall 10, one more is unlocked. At town hall 11, the final is unlocked. Level 2 is unlocked at town hall 10. Level 3 is unlocked at town hall 11. The trap's design is a metal plate with a octagonal black hole in the center. At first, the plate dimly glows and a small flame appears from the octagon. The glow grows larger, taking a 1.5x1.5 area as it reaches it's max temperature. The flame also gets much taller. At level 1, the plate is dark gray, with wooded screws. At level 2, the plate is less dark, a more irony looking color with gray screws. At 3, the screws turn gold and the plate is light gray-almost white. It costs 300*the # of seconds used to reactivate a fire trap after a defense. I hope this idea is added. I think t could be positioned to greatly defend against medium troops like valks and bowlers. Miners would unfortunately not be able to be nerfed by this feature. Golems would not be hurt because of the damage cap.
