iOS9.3.5 GC?

I am still using iOS 9.3.5 and I am constantly having this problem. I have to go to the GC icon and click on the Friends circle two or three times every time I start the game in order to load my HD Friends tab. I am also constantly being asked if I want to use my locally stored game or my GC stored game. This is happening on both farms (different devices). Frankly, it sucks!

I was having issues a few months ago with Game Center. It eventually worked itself out. I haven't updated my iPad yet, but I did go into the app this morning to purge a few friends. I kept the ones that still play, a few that I hope will be back, and 1 that decided it was fine to wipe out my whole stand, except the rice noodles and red berry cakes.

Its irritating isnt it :eek: it stopped working again this morning. It never asks me about my locally stored game or GC stored game though, that does sound annoying. I wonder why its doing that?? Hopefully you manage to get it sorted.

Game Center can be fickle, only works when it wants, which is annoying for us. Im a bit gutted theyve gotten rid of it for iOS10 though, its a handy app to have when adding friends. I wont be updating yet, and I think i'll do what youve done and have a bit of a sort through of friends that no longer play. Ooh now thats not a very nice raid :unsure:

Hi Bear, how did you get your sorted? I am in an endless loop with the SC in game support and they do not seem to understand the problem. My GC works ( I have not upgraded to iOS 10 yet) for all other games, GC is keeping track off when I play, so my opinion is the problem lays within HayDay.
over the last 3 weeks, I had hayday recognising that I am actually logged into GC maybe 5 times for approx 5 min, then it looses the knowledge.

My GC friends come and go in the game. When I try to open the app it is a white blank screen. Haven't updated yet. Does anyone know if GC in iOS 10 will still save my game progress? I'm not connected to FB.
