I think from several comments that it may not be clear that the idea i am putting fourth would not hurt larger clans because all you need to kick people with is another elder's or leader's okay. This will save new clans described above and est. clan from kicking on accident.

gd idea but think if the leader wasnt on to approve to the kick and there was a guy saying bad words etc and cant be tolerated 1 more min what should they do?

I think they should impalment the ability to mute the player in clan or make it were all you need is the approval of another elder or a group of elders. Thanks for input and the question!

Why not make the change? Stops accidental kicks and helps the small guy! Please give a solution next time!

Make all elder, then only leader can kick :D

I suggested the same in a thread earlier on....I AGREE ON THIS AND HOPED SUPERCELL CAN LOOK INTO THIS! Anyway elders are in the clan to 'police' and help leader....so they should not be able to kick everyone! It should be limited to kicking 1 person per 12 hours!

the best option will be limit elders to be able to kick 1 person per 12 hours...or to remove this function totally!
