Kicking clan member change

Many clans experience when they give elder quickly (1 min.- to 12 hours) and this elder kicks all the members. They can trick people by high trophies, friend to invite, or just on a whim. I call this clan raiding. Well, to prevent this limit the ability of the elder to kick people for no reason. One way is to make all non leader kicks approved by the leader when he gets on or at least approved by a couple of other elder via a chat option. Leaders still get the option to kick when they choose. This will keep clan raiders from being able to go on a rampage and kick all members. This will keep new clans from being hurt by shiny crystals with a death wish for them! Thanks for your time


*******Option also would be since elders approve some kicks through chat, you could make the option for elders could kick another elder through a vote too. ( elders now can only be kicked by leader )*****

I think from several comments that it may not be clear that the idea i am putting fourth would not hurt larger clans because all you need to kick people with is another elder's or leader's okay. This will save new clans described above and est. clan from kicking on accident.

this is good but would work all the time because elders arent on 24/7. so what if an elder wants to kik someone who is being annoying and disturbing the clan members? he couldnt kick without another elder on. i was thinknig maybe put a cool down on the kicking. so an elder only gets 3 kicks per day or something like that

See your point maybe open the kicking poll to members too. Five members plus a elder equals kick! If not that maybe that is the price to pay for the death of clan raiding.

If you don't want people kicking/promoting, don't give out elder :p

That would screw up the regular kicking here's a grand idea don't give new ppl elder!

I think super cell hurts new clans that don't realize the power of the elder. This would protect growing clans, while not really penalizing the better ones.

Another way to ,make it safe is make everyone elder,no one can raging and kick everybody.

How can people do that unless they learn or you do what I said. It wouldn't hurt you and help others!
