level 11 perk = donated troops takes 10% faster to train, when you click the donate button even if the troop is still training lets say 10 minutes to train, on the donate bubble the troop can be donated in 8 minutes. 2 minutes faster then your regular train time. ( does not apply if troops will go to your army camp )
supercell can adjust the variable, so its not limited to 10%
I like the idea of a reduced cook time, but I'm not sure it should be tied to donations. For most donations, the troops would already be cooked, so the perk would only be useful in fringe situations. I wouldn't have a problem with just a straight 5% reduction to all troop cook times. I think that'd give some benefit to clans without skewing the game. Players would get a savings of 15 seconds per miner or 45 seconds per golem.
