everyone still has the same 24 hours to fight. No matter when the war starts, everyone has the same amount of time to get their attacks in. And, for clans concerned about this.... Simply don't click it.

I do still feel that my point still has relevance to the thread in that a clan could still be able to gain extra wars during a weekly period that other clan would be un able to do.

Yes fair enough, must admit as the leader of my clan I would never click the button for exactly the reason you mention - we are an international clan and everyone is used to the fact that wars always start at the same point of the day. But I would have no objection to the button being available for those who want it. I get that it could be abused to speed up arranged wars but I don't really think this hurts the community too much. In fact there are big advantages to the community I think, because basically the same number of war clans will be starting their war search more often (ie same volume but greater frequency = greater occurrence) this means that there will be more wars starting at any given point and so the chances of a fair match up will be higher.
