I'm lvl 96. Those items haven't been available 1 or 2 years, and I use diamonds for extra spins and still it is very rare that I get one special item.
Some people use hundreds of diamonds to get the things they want.
Some people buy the diamonds legally, others use hacks to get them cheaply.
Most of those farms that have so many of everything probably use some form of hack, I find it distasteful and wonder if they actually proud of their farms.
They're still available. My daughter is 5 levels ahead of me and has nearly 20 hydrangea from the wheel of fortune whereas I've only ever won 2. You would think we'd have roughly the same number, but no, her hydrangea odds seem a lot better than mine. So I guess it is possible that some players out there will have won all those things in the wheel of fortune. Especially at Level 122 - they've had many spins.
I'm 104 and have about 30 Hydranges (both colors combined) and almost 40 path pieces (all 3 colors combined). I normally use a diamond for an extra spin so if somebody uses lots of diamonds I guess a level 122 could have a lot.
I have 50 hydrangea and 40 path pieces all spun from the wheel of fortune using no diamonds
I have a dozen hydrangeas and a dozen path pieces. Level 106, and I do not often use diamond for extra spin.
