and for defense what should be my upgrade order?
At your lvl, splash defenses are number 1 to upgrade; wizard towers and mortars need to be number 1 to upgrade. with 95 spaces, attack with 7 giants, 20 archers, 10 goblins, 4 balloons, and 10 barbarians, use giants, archers and barbs to take out AD and AT, if there is one archer tower left place ALL your balloons on that archer tower. Request for balloons even though you have them, they're good for defense. only archers will be able to take it out and it does area splash. find a good base as well, show us a pic of what it is since its a crucial part of COC.

Oh and maybe ask for healers if you clan will donate them :o
