War font color in chat
It would be great if people who were in war had a different chat color. This would let all clan mates know when they donate, it should be max. I know it's easy for people to just request max, but this would be a little extra built in function to ensure we don't forget.

I say there should be an icon next to the league badge that shows if you're in war or not. It's a small, but helpful change that I believe SC will implement. Your idea is also good too. Either will be good. Great idea.

The way we handled it when it applied was we'd just type for "for war" in our requests like "max golem for war." The problem with an indicator is it assumes that all requests for that day are war requests. Players often raid throughout the day, so a war status indicator would result in max troops being cooked and donated for war attacks that aren't going to be made.
One change I would like to see is the new text input box extended to clan castle requests. I've been using keyboard shortcuts to speed up entry (e.g. when switching accounts, I have a keyboard shortcut "CF" defined for "CONFIRM") and this is the only box where I can't use them - at least that's my experience on iOS. I think keyboard shortcuts may work there for Android, but I'd need confirmation.
If you can use keyboard shortcuts, I'd recommend setting up keyboard shortcuts for all your troops requests "max golem for war" "giants for raiding", "air troops for defenses", etc. If you can do these, you can better manage your requests without need for an indicator or a previous request queue.

I agree! Windows 10 update would be great too!

That is a great idea I did not think of. A secondary bonus of a chat color change, or other icon is that it will add a little notoriety to the people in war. This is a stretch but I think of how the warriors are all called out for their participation in every culture, why not the Clash of Clans culture? :)
