Created a clan "Deserted Hounds" for low townhall level players

It has been observed that low townhall players are often leftout of war so cant understand the point of even accepting them in the clan(just for numbers 50/50). I have experienced it myself. Within couple of weeks I will be maxing out townhall 5. So currently recruiting TH3, TH4, TH5 & TH6 only. No rushed townhall players allowed. Do not ask for promotion. Donation ratio must be 1:2 at season end. Only donations wont get you promoted.
