Dude, they give you gem, without them we would have free gem, it only take 15-60 sec to remove, to deal with it sir.btw welcome to the forum
People would rage from making gems even harder to get.

you're complaining about free gems! they give u gems mao, gems! i like accumulating like 16 obstacles like trees and bushes and then i remove em, once i went from 10 to 72 just by clearin. i particularily like them. its ur opinion and we all have different opinions.
They cost 100-10,000 elixir whats so annoying, just clear them. I have OCD, all trees have to go once spawned with me
Gems r hard enough to get but slowing down it would just make a lot of people really made.
You can get gems from trees.
