Every time I open the game, it requires me to type the appleid password

Hi,

Now every time I open the game, it requires me to type the apple id password. This issue starts after I buy a GEM...

How can I fix this problem???

Happens to every other game on your device if I'm not mistaken, just reboot your device. Should be fine from then on :)

No, it just happen on COC only

reboot doesn't help :(

It's a problem happening to many users that purchased gems in the last day or two, there are many other threads listing the problem. Don't enter your password in case you are charged again and hopefully there is a fix soon.

same with me. its so annoying. my gem buttons are also still grey and have been grey for the past 5hours

Happened to me too, don't type in your password, just hit cancel and the game will load normally. I do hope it gets fixed soon though, it gets annoying having to close the popup every time.

Im having the same problem for 24 hrs now. Don't enter your password just cancel , because every-time you enter your purchasing . Hopefully the problem will be fixed soon .

I have the same issue ever since i both a gem.. Its kinda annoying. Anyway ill try to reboot and cancel when ask for my apple id. Hope this issue will be fix soon.

Do you still have the issue? The game was downloading something. Since I don't need to enter my password.

dont know if this helps but I have no gems showing on my screen. I've some gems left and the screen just shows the gold, exl stuff but there are no icons for gems.

anyone else getting this?


edit...ah I had restrictions on for in app purchases. Everything is back apart from the constant password request.

Ahh I see. They say you can get rid of that by restoring your phone to its factory settings

Thanks for the info.

i did try a reset the other night and it failed to get rid of the password request.
However yesterday I kept pressing cancel as it popped up and decided the next time I tried I would enter my password.
After entering it everything is back to normal and no more pop ups :)

Glad you fixed your problem! But I'm still looking for info as to whether there are still issues buying gems

I just tried to purchase 500 gems and it came through instantly. I then left the game and and restarted to double check if the password would appear again but its ok.
looks like its all back to normal here.
