Lets Create A Clan( A Mature,War Driven, and Fun clan)

Title says all.I was in a lvl9 clan and guess what after today's banning process our leader was banned. he confirm via kik. so i decided to make a new clan with forum clashers.
about me i m th9 with like 450 war stars max offense. got a min acc. a 8.5. and currently building a engineering th10 for my own donation(not for war).
my idea-
want make a mature and a elite fair play war clan with no cheating
17+ but mature kids are allowed.(kinda fun)
arrange wars if possible later in the game.
