Need a Co who can raise the clan to greatness again! Clan- MEN OF WAR OORA| LVL 7|

I'm looking for a high lvl Co Leader to help build my clan up, starting from scratch. The person needs to take control of wars for most of the week (as I am too busy for 80% of wars) and be experienced enough to know solid attack plans and help decide war plans. This person will help me set the rules and requirements for the clan and basically have Devine rule.
Clan basics are mature, active and high donating.
