We all know bout req n leave or more taking than giving players right??did we like such manner???mostly don't unless their intention to open the gate and let hooper come just because to increase donation (maybe for achievement)
How bout give the new member a term before req troops? For an example
When u join a new clan u can't req troop unless u done donating some for others in clan like *donate 50 worth of troop before request*
Might be a good ideal but what about at the beginning of a season. What I don't like is they wait till in a war then request and when you ask them if they can donate to one of the other guys they up and leave. Like they don't what to part with their troops be expect everyone else to. I only invite people with medium sized to high sized donate numbers and still seam to have this problem.
How about a setting that makes it so a person leaving the clan forfeits the troops from their castle.
If someone just wants troops go to a rec and ♥♥♥♥ clan why join a real clan and ♥♥♥♥ people off.
Or that "troop donate require" can be on and off in clan setting??
I think that we need to be able to report more people . Only three a day not enough . Being able to report people as hoppers would go a long way to deterring this bad behavior.

Donate allways! You'll get xp points, look at achievement friend in need. We donating even before kicking. Time to time inviting hoppers or do donating raids. Our clan set rule - do not donate low lvl (until 8 thall) troops. And allways request. But we not best with 10k donations. I saw true friendly clan with 40k donations! And donating only maxed troops!
