Struggle to get people in clan to donate, even offer incentives to get to co leader status but still no good.
Reckon including a rewards system may help, such as, if you donate say 1,000 troops you get 100,000 gold or elixir, if you donate 2,000 groups 200,000 gold or elixir and so on...
I think a donation bonus would be nice but it would have to be scaled and have a limit because of no lifers and donate bots.
The solution to your problem is to find better clanmates.
Yes agree a suitable level of reward, just something to encourage people to take part more - I get really frustrated trying to get members to donate fairly and have tried being nice, tough, giving incentives. Like a endless cycle kicking members out and trying new ones.Quote:

It reaches a point where its akin to war. You don't do it unless the amount you receive is greater than the sum of the cost, any reward system implemented turns it from a generous donation to something akin to a trading system. You give up X amount of troops, but gain back everything you lost + a comission for your troops later.
Basically, if they implemented something like this, especially straight gold/elixir, the reward would have to be larger than the cost, and large enough that you can't simply find it raiding, otherwise people wouldn't care enough to do it.

Better say, how to ask clanmates to request more! Our donaters want more xp, or gems for friend in need, but clan small, so can't donate over 10k per month. Even with inviting hoppers
Anything that can increase troops being donated is always a good ideal.
Some kind of MVP award for the best of the clan donaters.
No need any award. Or you want fight with bad donations? Missing 1 lvl gobs?
Now donation system is perfect.
