Ok, I've seen about 3 threads saying 'top players cheat'

They don't cheat. They choose to spend thousands of dollars on this game so who are you to rob them of this. Saying jail broken devices can be used, is completely and utterly wrong. Using cheats on a jail broken device, only results in your village being restarted. Believe me, I know.
just because you are perhaps jealous of these people, no need to complain. You'd never get up there anyway without spending a lot.
Most Top players buy gems from 3rd party resellers ;) at half the price
They're not cheaters, it's just bad to know that will never get as them because they gem.

Lol... Understand that the reason people whine about gemmers is that in ANY other game... Paying money to get ahead in the game is considered cheating...
For example, if you were playing chess, and you were able to pay for your pieces to be put back on the board if they were removed, that would be cheating....
Now since there would be no clash of clans if there were no gemmers... Then I applaud their frequent use of credit cards... And I just avoid battles with them... As I cannot afford to replace my knight on the chessboard. Let people complain all they want... I just keep explaining these tough realities as much as I can...
