Supercell is nerfing the queen walk!! Wtf

I'm a new th9 and just got AQ lvl 5. I have just recently been using the queen walk for farming attacks only and at this low of a lvl it is good for DE. After the base has been destroyed by my giants wiz combo. And now they are targeting healers with air traps!!!! Like ♥♥♥ I haven't even gotten to use the high powered attack to full effectiveness yet!! But I see a fix to this problem and possibly save your healers!!!! Take a few minions with u. Let the queen shoot some outer buildings then place a minion to enter a building towards the inside of the base. This minion should trigger the air bomb and hopefully absorb the bomb not causing any Damage to ur precious healers!!! Lets wait for the update and let's see what attacks we come up with to counter these New changes!!!! Clash on and come check out Tytanium 2 #2RG8JYQ0. Farming clan that loves to war!!

And herein lies the problem, each time SC does an update to balance the game you'll invariably find people moan as it nerfs their OP strategy....yet if they leave it as is people moan said strategy is OP. They are damned if they do and damned if they don't so why not cut them some slack and find ways to work around it such as using minions (which was also my first thought, cheap and fast air unit after all!) and the fact they don't trigger AD's is moot as all you need them to do is activate the Air Traps as they are by no means resilient enough to shrug off AD shots.

In some ways I'm in a similar boat to foxdog1 as a new TH9 (2-3wks now) I was hoping to get the hand of QW and had been experimenting with Healers supporting either Giants, cc Bowlers or my little AQ :)

At TH9, you don't even remotely need queen walk, so don't lose any sleep over it. Besides, it isn't the strongest attack at TH9 anyways

I hear what your saying. And minions trigger air traps like skelly and air bombs. That's what the healers will trigger In the update. As for them not being able to take AD hits, as this is true all u are trying to do is get the traps on the outside. Very rare ur queen walk lands her going a direct route inside unless u intentionally take her that route. We will find a way. But as for my farm att. I use 20 giants 4 healer 2 wb 1 ar 1 hog and rest wiz. 2 heals and 2 jumps. Send in your giants in the side closest to DE storage use wb for first set of walls then ur jumps as needed. Heal ur wiz and giants as they take out the defences. If ur wiz didn't get the storage send in the queen walk at the end to get all remaining stlrages, the TH and CC for the treasury loot. Easy. Unless there was a change that I missed, minions are undetected to seeking air mines. So no, you can't use them to trigger those traps. And those are what will devastate the healers. The air bombs are not the problem as they do minimal damage to the healers. As a max TH10 the queen walk was my primary war strategy when hitting other max th10 bases. So now SC will be forcing me to use mass attacks, exactly what they wanted to stop.

They won't be targeted by the seeking air mines they will trigger the air bombs and traps. Just like minions. Why is everyone confusing the two?

That will be the worst update of the supercell

No one is confusing the two. Read the update or maintenance break info; healers will be triggering seeking air mines.
