Are the top players cheating?

I am wondering if the top players are cheating somehow. The amount of gems it would take to already have 2 level 30 heros, multiple upgraded crossbows and all your walls upgraded would be thousands of dollars worth of gems. Are people really spending this type of money on a game or are they just cheats and if so why are Supercell letting them get away with it?

no they are not cheating

Yeah they're using the gems glitch...you know the one where you select a gems bundle, put in your itunes password and the gems magically appear on your profile.

Keep it quiet though because not everyone seems to know how to do it :D

So they are either cheaters or ppl who use too much money for the game?

Some people spend a ton of money on gems. I understand it's hard to fathom at first, but it's true.

Yes they are cheating ! Super Cell is just too scared to admit their game has defects! They don't want people to know because a lot of players would quit, its a scam and yeah the players with all the updates are as honest as Lance Armstrong! It makes the whole game stink! Please Super Cell get rid of these hackers !

There was one player "yusufkaymak" who had all the upgrades within hours of the update.
Walls at 10, heroes at 30.

S/he is nowhere to be seen now.

Must have been busted as a fraud.

Make no mistake. It is possible to cheat on jailbroken devices. I would say a significant number of the higher level players do or have done this to get to where they are now. Just my opinion. I have seen with my own eyes gems appear in an account on a jailbroken device for free.

Yeah I thought so, no way can anybody in their right mind put out $1000's of dollars to upgrade, Supercell I am sure is aware of this, it's not rocket science . I only wish they would bust those players - all they have to do is look at the top 20 or so and check their accounts. It's really taking the thrill out of the game.
