West Coast-based Level 9 clan seeks 5-10 new war fighters

San Francisco Bay Area and Anchorage, Alaska, based adult hybrid clan with 12-15 prime war fighters, and some donating farmers, that are mostly hitting mid-TH9. We run 10 v 10 or 15 v 15 wars (and go on solid winning streaks) but suddenly the hero upgrades are rotating too many of us out of war.
For war, we'd like to recruit 5-10 new members and have around 20 war fighters. With heroes upgrading, we will run 10 v 10 or 15 v 15 wars. We have one TH10, a bunch of TH9s, and a few TH8/8.5s. The war roster rotates based on who is available. The rest of the clan are farming friends of various levels.
Wars are declared Fri, Sun, and Tues, at 2pm PST.
We basically use 3-star strategies. Participation is most important, but we do try to crush, and advice is offered. Wars are managed via chat.
You are an advanced TH8, or any level TH9 or TH10, with an interest in warring with an active, friendly, and casual, war clan. No rushed bases! We welcome a small clan, with or without farmers, looking to merge.
