Im a TH7 and have higher walls/defenses/storages. You should really spend some time to max your base.
No cause 1) you could get them lvl 10 instead then 2) you also need to wok on your splash defense and wallsQuote:

Like every other person in here has said, DO NOT upgrade to TH9 yet!
It's quite clear that your defenses and walls are way too low level. At the very very very minimum, I would say max your wiz towers and mortars, and all pink walls (preferably all purple walls, if you have the patience. I highly doubt you'll have the patience to wait for all skull walls). Get your ADs up to lvl 4 or 5 at least.
At least this way you should be able to intimidate a lot of enemies from wanting to attack your village and as long as your TH is left in the open, more of your attacks will just be on your TH from lower level players wanting easy trophies.
Your base is weak and I can 100% it easily. no doubt about it :x
1) walls to level 7 at least or if you must 50% level 8!!!!! lvl 5/6 you're going to get 100%ed easily by TH9s.
2) Air defences to level 6
3) Mortars to level 6
4) Wizard towers to level 6
5) Teslas to level 6
6) Archer towers to level 10
7) Cannons to level 10
8) Dark elixir storage to level 4
9) Dark elixir drill to level 3
10) Max out all your laboratory upgrades [Town hall 9 requires at least 4.5-7.5million elixir for each upgrade]
Oh ya with me at town hall 8 i get the luxury of raiding 5000DE off TH10s in 1 raid in one shot easily at TH8 with inferior mobs in comparison to TH9.
