Your base is so small, those air defenses already cover your base.
You should definitely buy it. Replace it with one of the cannons or archer towers and then replace that DE drill with it. Put the DE drill outside.
Your ADs are kinda low level anyway, so you can always dedicate one builder to upgrading one of your ADs until they all reach lvl 5 at least.
That way you don't have to change your design much, since you can leave the building AD outside of the walls for over a month (how long it'll take you to upgrade 3 ADs all to lvl 5, one at a time).
After that, you can even upgrade to lvl 6 then do what tomaster said.
I think you should go for the third AD, its worth. Place this in such a way it forms a triangle with the other two air defences (AD), so that it covers your base almost completely. (The triangle formation is similar to your mortars arrangement)
ADs are always good to have, and if you ever decide to trophy push, it'll help you win defenses and prevent things like giant healer, balloon rushes, mass dragons, etc.
