Suggestion: Perfectionist (Achievements)

It's time to give credits to those professional cleaners out there!

Achievement bonus conditions:
1. Can only be achieved if you are in the winning clan.
2. It only count those next attacks that perfectly starred any target that has already been attacked but failed to 3 stars.

This bonus is in relation to War Hero achievement bonus. The gem bonus is pretty low for the sake of illustration only.
This will compensate those members who are sacrificially (sometimes) and masterfully cleaning their targets.

Much harder as a high TH to get three stars than a low TH

No historical data on this exists so everyone starts at 0 (is that your intention)

Why does it need to be a second attack on a base that has already been raided and failed? That's just rewarding bad clans where players aren't raiding appropriate bases and stronger players are forced to clean up low bases.

Maybe make it so that it only adds to the achievement if the person you 3-star is at your town hall or higher and/or your clan ranking or higher.

i agree with others. gets harder by TH level. and is easiest when u have a noob base. noobs don't need gems cept for extra builders

It will of course start at zero since we don't have that historical data.

I reworded the "2nd attack" into next attack. Sorry for my English. =)

Note: This will be difficult to achieve if all the targets are max levels. But not all the time, the targets are max anyway during war selection.

As a leverage, it will encourage the players not just to loot during wars but to clean up the remaining targets as well.

2nd or next attack doesn't matter
I almost NEVER attack a base that has been raided before, I can't even remember the last war that I did that
It would have had to have been fails by my clanmates before that

It seems crazy to add achievements you can only get if your clan is bad at wars

That's exactly the point. It will encourage the players to clean. And besides, this achievement is only applicable for the winning clan.

This could also make people attack lower than they normally would because they want to achievement.
