I think you should build archer tower leval 10 because of the range but if your getting attacked by P.E.K.K.A.S then do the Telsa to leval 6

Honestly the telsa is a good investment but so is the archer tower depending where you place it

Teslas > Archer Towers any day, every day. Teslas might be the most underrated defenses in the game - I love it whenever I attack a base with max walls and defenses, but premmie teslas; they're so easy to attack.
