A maxed Tesla does do more damage than a maxed Archer Tower, and if the Teslas are well placed, they can do more to stop an attack, so go with the Tesla.
Level 6 tesla can one shot archer. Tesla.
Hidden tesla, definitely. Does way more damage than level 10 archer tower.
Tesla: faster, smaller, and stronger. And while it's upgrading people will see the level five and assume all others are the same or higher.
Upgrade the Archer Tower. Why? You get 10 DPS more for 6 days. If you upgrade the tesla you only get 11 DPS more for 12 days.
