Might wanna try Goblin Knife for de as its hands down the best at th8, and if you pick the right base its not hard to get all the other storages either. Army comp:
12 Giants
100 Goblins
32 Archers
4 Wall Breakers
Quadquake, heal+ rage. Lvl 7 or 8 giants are preferred cc troops.

Had been using a Goblin Knife style comp myself and it is fun to play, also useful as you can do collector/mine raids if you come across a suitable base and don't fancy a deeper attack! Is just so much fun watching the little green guys shred stuff and even walls come down surprisingly fast if you can avoid splash damage defences such is their eagerness to get the resources!
Pro tip-Do not try balloonion @TH7 or below.

Yup! It's a th9 Valkyrie attack strategy war guide video with 3 live attacks I did in war using the 3 most commonly used valk compositions and I'm nearly done too
