Who wants to make a high level clan?

I haven't had much luck with finding a clan so I've decided to try make my own if people are interested :)
I'm level 101, except balloons & DE troops all are maxed to townhall 9 level. I'm very active usually over 8k per cycle. Right now I'm in crystal 3 league.
I want to make an adult clan, mature young adults can be considered.
Level 5 archers minimum to join, or at least have townhall 8 & level 6 lab while the clan builds up.
I hate seeing an all elder clan or elder being given away like its going out of fashion. Elder is to be earnt or a minimum donations amount(over 1k at least).
I usually farm 90% of the time but do enjoy the odd trophy hunt now and again. So I'd say this would mainly be a farming clan with a trophy hunt once in a while.
These points can be negotiated within reason, as I'm open to all suggestions. Always willing to hear on any improvements.
